Exhibitor Information Sheet
Below you will find a variety of information that we hope you will find helpful. In the run up to the exhibition you will receive other bulletins from us with up to date information about what is happening, forms to book timber, wood chips etc, and other reminders about insurance and risk assessments. All the forms and information are available on our web site www.apfexhibition.co.uk

Either Ian Millward (Exhibition Secretary) or Trish Syms (Office Administrator) will be your first points of contact.
Hours of Opening
Official opening hours are 9am until 6pm each day
Set-up and takedown
Exhibitors may begin setting up from Saturday September 13th and must have their sites cleared by Wednesday September 24th.
Security
Full overnight security will be operational from Saturday 13th up to and including the night of Sunday 21st September. Exhibitors are reminded that they are fully responsible for the security of all materials and equipment on their stand and they should take whatever measures are necessary to safeguard their property. APF Ltd are not responsible for any losses.
Vehicle Movement & Parking
Exhibitors may drive to and from their stands at any time before 9am and after 6pm on show opening days. There are no restrictions during setting up or taking down days. Vehicles must be parked either within the confines of your stand or in the exhibitor car park. No vehicle movement is permitted on site after 9am or before 6pm.
Vehicle passes
No passes are required for any vehicle during either set-up or take down. A number of vehicle passes will be issued to each exhibitor to enable their vehicle to be parked on their stand. Vehicles without passes will be directed to the nearest car park.
First Aid
The first aid tent is located next to the APF HQ at point 150 on the demonstration circuit and will be manned from the 17th - 21st September
Accommodation
The APF Exhibition do not offer a hotel booking service or keep a list of available accommodation. To enquire or book accommodation please contact Staffordshire Tourist Information Centre Tel: 01785 619619.
Marquee Hire
APF do not provide any ready tented sites. All exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own tenting needs. We are able to suggest the following companies. However all bookings are wholly between the Exhibitor and the tenting contractor. The APF accept no responsibility for location, suitability etc. Tents are usually erected in advance of exhibitors turning up on site. It is strongly recommended that Exhibitors supply the contractor with a detailed site plan showing exactly where on their stand they want their marquee to be. Exhibitors are free to use other companies if they wish.
