Electricity Supply
All exhibitors requiring electricity on the static area must book this in advance through this office via the booking form at a cost of £190+ VAT. No generators are permitted on the static area. We are not able to provide electricity on the demonstration circuit and exhibitors may use correctly installed and rated generators in this area.
Electricity will be available to those who have booked it from 3pm on Wednesday 17th September. Electricity will be turned off between 7pm and 7am. It will be finally disconnected at 8pm on Saturday 20th.
Any exhibitor requiring electricity that has not pre-booked it will be charged an additional £50. No guarantee is offered that we will be able to supply electricity that is not pre-booked.
Our electrical contractors, BRM Productions , will be in contact with exhibitors nearer to the event to enquire about the likely power needed and the type of fitting required. APF Ltd or BRM bear no responsibility for the safety of any equipment any exhibitor wishes connected. BRM may refuse to connect to any equipment they deem unsafe.
Site Visits
The whole of the Exhibition area is public open space. Once you have booked your stand you are free to inspect it at any time even outside organised site visits. The gate along Marquis Drive will be locked so you will need to park in the visitor centre car park and walk to the site.
If you want to talk to the Team about your site then the next official site meeting will take place at 2pm on Thursday 21st February at Cannock Chase visitor centre. Tea & coffee will be available from 1.30pm. If you are unable to make that meeting further site meetings will be held at 2pm on Thursday 24th April and Thursday 26th June. All will be held at the same location. There is a £1 car parking fee required at the visitor centre.
Water
We are unable to provide water to individual stands. Standpipes for drinking water will be located around both the static and demo areas. Locations will be marked on site maps.
Catering
We are delighted that Drysdale catering have again been given the exclusive concession as site caterers. Douglas will be delighted to provide on stand delivery for all your catering requirements from simple sandwiches to full corporate lunches.
