Telephones
BT phone and e-mail facilities will be available at the APF HQ. If Exhibitors require their own telephone line they should book this through this office. The cost will be the standard BT connection fee plus any additional costs charged by BT for the installation of a temporary line.
Tickets
You will automatically be sent your exhibitor tickets before the Exhibition. These will only be sent once we have received a copy of a current public & products liability insurance policy covering the period of the event to the value of £2 million, your risk assessment and contractor competence forms (not applicable for static area exhibitors) and you have paid for your stand in full. Each person on your stand will require one ticket per day. The total allocation is as follows:
7.5m Static sites 9 tickets
15m Static sites 12 tickets
Demo sites 18 tickets per 50m
Additional tickets may be purchased from this office for £12 each inc. VAT
No tickets are required during set-up or takedown.
Guest Tickets
We will again be operating our popular guest ticket system. You can request any number of tickets to send to your customers. You pay nothing in advance and we invoice you only for those tickets which are subsequently used. Tickets are £12 each inc. VAT.
Booking Forms & Site Fees
No booking is confirmed unless we have received a completed & signed booking form and the site fee is paid in full. Invoices are on 30 day terms from date of invoice. Any site not paid for by the date of a subsequent site meeting may be re-let by the organisers.
Sites
Just a reminder of a point we emphasise at all site meetings. Sites are booked as seen. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to check that their site location is suitable for their needs and the equipment, marquee etc. they wish to use. Inspect your site before the Exhibition.
Timber & Wood Chips
We are able to supply most types of timber, wood chips, stone etc. A booking form will be sent to you nearer to the event and must be booked in advance. We will also have a JCB to hire for stand preparation work.
Publicity Leaflets
We are happy to supply you free of charge with our advertising leaflets for you to send them to your clients. Just let us know how many you need.
