25 carvers are confirmed to compete in the Echo Chainsaw carving Competition and entries have now closed.
The carvers, from all over the world, will compete head to head over the three to create a sculpture of own design from a huge 2m x 1m piece of redwood weighing nearly 1 tonne.
Judging will tale place at 2pm on Saturday 20th. Immediately after the judging and prize giving the sculptures will be auctioned to the public.
The chainsaw carving takes place at point 750 on the demonstration circuit.
