APF Exhibitor Site Meetings

The site meetings are an opportunity for exhibitors to attend a site briefing, inspect the exhibition site and choose a site suitable for their needs.  Exhibitors wishing to book a site on the Demonstration circuit MUST attend a site meeting to ensure the site is fit for their purpose.  Bookings will not be accepted until they have done so.  Exhibitors wanting to book space on the static display area are welcome to attend site meetings but do not have to do so.  All the meetings will take place at 2pm at Cannock Chase Visitor Centre.
