Exhibitor Information

On our Useful Documents page, you will find a series of downloadable files, including booking forms, terms and conditions, site maps, traffic flow maps, information on where to hire marquees, furniture etc, current list of exhibitors, outline risk assessments, copies of forms you will need to complete, such as your stand risk assessment and staff/contractor competency forms, timber and forklift booking forms. You will also be able to access the bulletins which contain important information and reminders about the exhibition.

There is also a series of links below to brief audio-visual presentations, or 'Briefings' about general site preparation and dismantling for your stand, how to order timber and materials, delivery details, a safety briefing and information on general administration. Please take time to read and listen to these and pass-on all relevant material to all your staff, contractors and hauliers as necessary.
