APF Exhibition 2022

We have published all the information visitors need on this page, including links to information sheets as well as our online leaflet with full details of the event, including a location map with directions.

General Information

  • Location: Ragley Estate, Alcester, Warwickshire B49 5PS (See below)
  • Dates: Thursday 22nd, Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th September 2022

  • Opening Times: 9am - 6pm each day

Ticket Prices

  • £25 - at the gate
  • £21 - 1 day advanced ticket
  • £37 - 2 day advanced ticket
  • £19 - 1 day group ticket for groups of 10 or more
  • Children under 16 are free
  • Advanced and group tickets must be bought in advance via our online ticket page. Applications for advance tickets close 10 days before the exhibition. Group ticket rates are not available on the gate, only in advance.


  • Camping is available for the public on Weds, Thurs, Fri and Saturday but not on the Sunday
  • Camping is available to buy on the day but only if there is space available
  • Camping will be £18 per person per night
